Donald's Story
During my junior and senior years at L.H.S., I concealed from everyone that I had to work full time (3 to 11 pm). Unfortunately, it left no time for school activities, sports, clubs, socializing, etc. I am proud that even so, I always kept my grades up and managed to do very well. After HS I was drafted and ended up joining the military. I fought in Vietnam with the marines during 1967 and 1968 and had some horrific experiences which plague me to this day. nt, Vietnam came with me. Like most everyone, I had my beta marriage and got divorced. I remained single for ~ 15 years while staying focused on my work and getting degrees in Chemistry and Microbiology nights. In the late 80's, I met someone, fell in love, and am still married and in love to this day. She is a psychotherapist and she understands me (Surprise!). I started an environmental consulting and non-hazardous chemical supply business, which is still active today. We own a home on cape Cod. After many operations due to Agent Orange, my health is compromised and I can no longer work, but I still play.
